Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, key holder duties, and day-to-day performance management
- Coach and develop store associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales objectives

Qualifications

- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and brand building
- Ability to maintain organization and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds

Experience
Previous experience in retail management, ideally in a fast-paced specialty retail or department store environment with demonstrated success in team leadership and customer engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or additional coursework in business or hospitality preferred but not required.
