Calvin Klein seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Underwear store in Florence to coordinate the customer experience, sales team, CRM activity and stockroom operations. The role is full-time, based on a 40-hour workweek, with an annual salary range of €29,000–€38,000.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the in-store customer experience, ensuring the coordinated team consistently delivers every aspect of the selling ceremony.
• Supervise all levels of customer service and set daily objectives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment on the sales floor.
• Analyze the impact of store merchandising decisions on sales and KPIs.
• Manage customer returns and complaints.
• Maintain a strong sales-floor presence and ensure the selling ceremony, quality standards, and product positioning are executed correctly.
• Keep the team focused through ongoing performance feedback, maximizing opportunities to connect with customers and convert sales.
• Monitor store sales performance and implement actions to maximize sales.
• Assist the Store Manager in setting quantitative and qualitative team objectives and supervise their achievement.
• Support the Store Manager in selecting, motivating, developing, and leading the sales-focused team.
• Ensure effective onboarding for new hires.
• Effectively communicate company content through morning briefings, product training, and CRM.
• Ensure CRM activities are executed correctly and customer conversion and retention targets are achieved.
• Provide omnichannel sales service, including OIS.
• Work with the Store Manager to assign tasks and activities to the coordinated team.
• Coordinate the stockroom team to ensure replenishment and the appropriate in-store product mix.
• Ensure all necessary measures are taken to safeguard products, materials, and fixtures in the store and stockroom.
• Manage end-of-season returns and product transfers.
