Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions with a genuine welcome, encourage conversations that drive sales, and build brand connection.
• Serve as key holder and leader on duty, overseeing store operations, opening and closing procedures, day-to-day performance, and associate coaching.
• Support the brand in delivering an exceptional store experience and assist the Store Manager in driving performance and maintaining a motivated team.
• Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand identity to customers.
• Process merchandise, replenish stock, and remerchandise the sales floor in alignment with brand vision and visual standards.
• Execute business strategies and daily sales goals while fostering a motivating, inclusive team environment.
• Promote inclusion and teamwork and demonstrate commitment and passion for the brand and its customers.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership presence; ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
