Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions with a genuine welcome and engaging conversation that encourages sales and builds a connection with the brand.
• Lead store operations as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing procedures, managing daily performance, coaching associates, and supporting an exceptional store experience.
• Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers, building long-term brand loyalty.
• Process and restock merchandise, and maintain sales-floor merchandising in line with the brand’s vision.
• Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers while fostering inclusion and teamwork.
• Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and maintaining a motivated, high-functioning team.
• Execute business strategies and daily sales goals while fostering an inclusive, motivating team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities.
• Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
