The role is full-time and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $22.00–$28.25, with individual compensation based on qualifications, geographic location, and relevant skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, day-to-day performance management, coaching associates, and supporting an exceptional store experience.
- Create warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage conversation, inspire sales, and build brand affinity.
- Stay current on campaigns and product launches and promote Calvin Klein’s brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, operate the cash register, and support sales-floor activities.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and passion for its customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key-holder responsibilities.
