Calvin Klein seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the opening and development of a pop-up concept in Cagnes-sur-Mer, with an expected duration of 2.5 years and an ideal start in November. The role supports store leadership, customer engagement, operations and team development; the position is full-time, on a fixed-term CDD contract of 35 hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the store and team to deliver strong service and results.
- Coach team members in real time and welcome customers.
- Build product and promotion knowledge to communicate value and foster customer loyalty.
- Partner with the Store Manager to maintain service and brand standards.
- Maintain a customer-first approach and stay alert to market and in-store trends.
- Lead merchandising execution and use sales insights to guide shop-floor decisions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, inventory controls and loss prevention practices.
- Create schedules aligned with business needs and support expense and inventory oversight.
- Contribute to planning and share customer insights and opportunities.
- Recruit and onboard talent; support succession planning and performance decisions.
- Motivate, coach and recognize the team to drive results and growth.
- Model professionalism, respect and pride in the brand.
- Foster inclusion, collaboration and continuous learning.
