Calvin Klein seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead retail operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at a flagship location. Reporting to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will oversee key operational functions, drive daily sales goals, coach team members, and maintain the brand's minimalist aesthetic and visual standards on the sales floor. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by initiating genuine interactions that inspire sales and build brand connection
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, day-to-day performance management, and operational compliance
- Coach and support associate team members, fostering a motivating and inclusive work environment
- Execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with Calvin Klein's brand vision, including processing, restocking, and remerchandising
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance against daily targets and overall store business goals
- Act as key holder and leader on duty, managing store security and operational procedures

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
