Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a retail team to achieve individual and collective performance goals
- Drive achievement of key performance indicators including sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average transaction value, and shrinkage objectives
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and minimize loss
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to enhance store profitability and customer loyalty
- Conduct mystery shop evaluations and implement corrective actions based on findings
- Provide exceptional customer service and model brand standards through impeccable personal presentation and authentic engagement
- Monitor and manage store finances, reporting metrics, and supporting budget planning
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience in retail apparel or customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shop results
- Strong people management capabilities with ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Experience in stock management and visual merchandising
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities

Experience
Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the retail apparel or customer service industry is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and successfully leading retail teams in a competitive environment.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; further qualification in retail management or business administration is advantageous.
