Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, mentor and motivate new store team members in a fast-paced retail environment
- Manage daily store operations and achieve KPI targets including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, and shrinkage
- Lead and oversee stock management and visual merchandising activities to maintain high brand standards
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on recruitment, training, and team development initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to drive store performance
- Monitor mystery shop results and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead by example, demonstrating authentic passion for the Calvin Klein brand and inspiring the team through positive engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in achieving KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shop performance
- Extensive people management experience with demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate retail teams
- Strong visual merchandising and stock management expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail management with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and leading retail teams. Prior experience in developing and motivating team members in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certification preferred.
