Calvin Klein is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Antalya to drive store performance and an optimal client experience through sales-team coaching, customer service, merchandising and omnichannel operations. The role oversees stock and back-office coordination, sales analysis, visual display collaboration, product safety and team development; it is full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the selling process and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Set daily customer service goals to enhance the customer experience, responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Train and coach the team on customer service, product placement and efficient time management standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators using company reports to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend actions based on sales performance analysis.
• Collaborate with In-Store Visual on display fittings and report on the impact of visual criteria on sales.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and support the Store Manager with team recruitment and development.
• Cascade company content to the team through morning briefings.
• Coordinate Stock and Back Office teams to ensure optimal stock provision and mix.
• Implement measures to safeguard products on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Conduct regular stock checks and promptly communicate stock information to the team.
• Maximize sales through analytical merchandise management, use reports for trend analysis, and hold daily meetings to achieve goals.
• Manage and support the Sales Team through training, coaching and feedback.
• Manage Back Office, Visual Merchandising, Stock and Omnichannel activities to support store organization and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
• Experience with RFID systems.
• Proficient use of Excel.
• Good organization and collaboration skills and abilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; any other language is a plus.
