Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of AI-related marketing projects by coordinating day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups

- Proven ability to manage trackers, asset lists, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable supporting process-driven work with a high degree of accuracy
Skills
Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, creative operations, production, or related fields. Experience in marketing, creative, content, production, or operations environments is preferred. Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, content development processes, or vendor-supported project execution is advantageous. Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brand organizations is a plus.
