Byredo is hiring a Store Manager for its Seven Dials boutique in London. Lead retail operations, sales and client experience for the luxury fragrance brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations at the Seven Dials boutique, ensuring efficient opening/closing procedures and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs through proactive selling, clienteling and localised commercial initiatives.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver elevated, personalised client experiences.
- Own visual merchandising and boutique presentation to maintain brand storytelling and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage stock, replenishment and inventory controls to minimise shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Implement CRM and appointment systems to build and retain a loyal client base and to optimise conversion.
- Control budgets, cash handling, daily reconciliations and ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements.
- Collaborate with regional management on local marketing, events and flagship activations to maximise footfall and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience within luxury beauty, fragrances or premium cosmetics.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a boutique or flagship environment.
- Strong leadership capability with experience recruiting, coaching and developing retail teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on client relationship building.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in luxury retail, ideally within fragrances, cosmetics or premium beauty brands, with proven success in boutique leadership and P&L responsibility.
Education
Secondary education; vocational qualifications in retail, beauty or hospitality are advantageous.
