Byredo is seeking a Store Manager in Frankfurt to lead operations at the Galeria location. Ideal candidates will have luxury retail experience and strong leadership skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.

Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury beauty or fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
