Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store design and fit‑out projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery to schedule, budget and brand standards.
- Commission, brief and coordinate external architects, interior designers, contractors and specialist suppliers; manage all stakeholders and contractors on site.
- Translate brand design guidelines into technical drawings, specifications and detailed FF&E schedules; review and approve technical documentation.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and change orders; issue procurement requests and oversee purchasing of FF&E and fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, health & safety standards and permitting processes; manage inspections and sign‑offs.
- Conduct site surveys and quality control checks during installation; manage snagging, defects resolution and final handover.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Procurement and Store Development to align store experience and operational requirements.
- Develop and manage RFPs, tender evaluation and contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record (typically 5+ years) managing retail store design, fit‑out or construction projects, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams, external consultants and contractors across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience preparing and managing project budgets, procurement and contracts.
- Excellent technical knowledge of construction documentation, building regulations and FF&E specifications.
- Professional working proficiency in English; French language skills are a strong asset for a Paris‑based role.

Education
