Byredo is hiring a Store Client Advisor in Leeds. Permanent role delivering luxury fragrance expertise, clienteling and in-store sales for Byredo's Leeds boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that reflect Byredo’s luxury positioning and storytelling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and CRM record-keeping.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across fragrances, candles and body care; conduct tailored sampling and in-store consultations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle returns and ensure accurate cash management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, merchandise replenishment and immaculate store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Support stock control activities including receiving, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in in-store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or prestige beauty sales, preferably within fragrances or cosmetics.
- Consistent track record of meeting sales KPIs and delivering high-value client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Numerate, organised and comfortable with transactional procedures and cash handling.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in the UK.

Typically 2+ years of frontline experience in luxury retail or prestige beauty environments with demonstrable sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE or equivalent); vocational qualification in beauty, retail or customer service is advantageous.
