Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and seasonal assortments for the Byproduct line, aligning with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: concept development, formulation brief, packaging design, prototyping, costings and industrialization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, R&D, supply chain, quality, regulatory, marketing and sales) to deliver launches on time and within budget.
- Own product briefs, technical specifications and supplier communications; select and manage external manufacturers and packaging partners.
- Drive SKU rationalization and pricing decisions through margin analysis, costing and market benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and quality standards for fragrance and home products.
- Prepare launch materials and merchandising dossiers for retail and wholesale partners; support marketing with storytelling and product training.
- Monitor post-launch performance and compile insights to inform range refreshes and future development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' product management experience in fragrances, beauty or luxury consumer goods, with responsibility for full product lifecycle.
- Proven track record delivering international product launches and managing external suppliers and factories.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in costing, pricing and margin management.
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder-management skills across creative and technical teams.
Skills
Experience
At least five years in product management within the fragrance, beauty or luxury goods sectors, including direct responsibility for product development, supplier relations and multi-market launches.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Chemistry or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
