BYREDO seeks an International Trainer in Paris for maternity cover. Create engaging education content, develop learning experiences, and support global fragrance brand education initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create education content from initial concept through presentations, activities, video learning and digital formats
- Translate BYREDO launches, products and stories into clear, engaging and memorable learning experiences
- Develop and deepen expertise in fragrance and perfumery, guiding others through the artistry behind brand compositions
- Partner with global markets to identify needs and support implementation of international education initiatives
- Coordinate BYREDO Learning App projects and support clienteling integration, serving as liaison between Puig Global teams and regional markets
- Contribute to the organisation and delivery of the annual Global Education Seminar and four Regional Education Seminars, including content development, speaker coordination, logistics and facilitation
- Script, conceive and present video learning content, demonstrating natural on-camera presence
- Collaborate across Retail, Product Development, Clienteling, Marketing, Consumer Experience and Business Development teams
Qualifications
- Natural affinity with fragrance and perfumery, with genuine desire to deepen expertise
- Strong content creation skills capable of transforming information into engaging, visually compelling learning experiences
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively with international markets and cross-functional stakeholders
- Confidence facilitating groups, presenting ideas and communicating clearly across diverse audiences and cultures
- Comfort on camera or enthusiasm to develop on-camera presence
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Experience in Education, Training, Retail, Beauty, Fragrance, Content or creative environment is highly valued
