Byredo seeks a Flagship Store Director in Stockholm to lead the flagship boutique, drive sales and manage the luxury retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Stockholm flagship boutique, setting commercial targets and delivering on sales, conversion and average transaction KPIs.
- Own the store P&L and implement pricing, stock and markdown strategies in collaboration with regional retail leadership.
- Hire, coach and develop a high-performing team; establish standards for clienteling, service and product expertise.
- Curate and execute visual merchandising and in-store presentations to reflect global brand directives and local initiatives.
- Deliver exemplary client experiences for local and international VIPs, including bespoke appointments and events.
- Manage inventory, replenishment and loss-prevention processes to ensure availability and maintain shrink targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and e‑commerce teams to activate local campaigns, drive omni‑channel integration and capture client data.
- Prepare regular operational and commercial reports for regional management and participate in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in luxury retail, with responsibility for a high-volume store or flagship boutique.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level P&L.
- Strong people-management skills with experience recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship-management capabilities, particularly with VIP and international clients.
- Fluent command of spoken and written English; local language proficiency (e.g., Swedish) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to represent the brand at client events.

Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with significant frontline management experience; prior leadership of a flagship or high-traffic boutique is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
