Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Support the CRM team in analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement CRM initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update the CRM database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing principles.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

Previous internship experience in marketing or CRM is advantageous but not required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
