Byredo Communication Intern in Paris – 6-month PR, events & influencer coordination role for Master's students in Communication or Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse the daily impact of PR activities and campaign performance
- Support the creation of post-launch, post-event, and monthly reporting
- Prepare press reviews, influencer presentations, and media summaries
- Maintain daily liaison with PR agencies and international markets including France, USA, UK, Sweden, Germany, China, Japan, United Arab Emirates, and South Korea
- Manage routine PR requests, coordinate creative assets, and oversee gifting operations
- Prepare internal presentations and briefs for agencies and the creative studio
- Monitor inventory levels and manage gifting logistics for PR and influencer campaigns
- Assist with logistics for shipments, deliveries, and gifting forecasting
- Support event conception and presentation development
- Actively participate in at least one full-cycle event project from ideation through reporting, including on-site presence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors is advantageous
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with data analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented and business-focused mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to generate ideas
- Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors is advantageous. Demonstrated understanding of premium brand communications, PR strategy, or related marketing functions is valued.
Education
Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.
