Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the clienteling and CRM strategy for the French market, aligning with global brand objectives to maximise lifetime value and retention.
- Design and operate VIP and loyalty programmes, managing segmentation, bespoke outreach and experiential initiatives for high-value clients.
- Collaborate with boutiques and wholesale partners to ensure consistent client experience, including training store teams on personalised selling and CRM best practices.
- Analyse client data and campaign performance to set priorities, translate insights into action, and report on KPIs such as retention, conversion and AOV.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with marketing, retail operations and e‑commerce to deliver integrated client journeys and targeted activations.
- Oversee day-to-day use of CRM processes, ensuring data quality, compliance with privacy regulations, and optimisation of client touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clienteling, CRM or loyalty within luxury retail or beauty (preferably 5+ years), with a demonstrable track record of driving client retention and sales.
- Experience managing or coaching retail teams and coordinating cross-channel initiatives.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience translating customer data into actionable programmes and measurable KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a client-centric mindset and high standards for service.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; fluency in French and English preferred.

Approximately 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail clienteling, CRM or loyalty management, including experience working with boutique teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Prior supervisory or managerial responsibilities preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent professional experience.
