Join Byredo in Paris as a Clienteling Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to support marketing strategies in the luxury fragrance sector, enhancing customer loyalty and engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of clienteling strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Support the marketing team in creating personalized customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to implement clienteling initiatives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the luxury fashion and beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in French and English.

Experience

No prior experience required, but previous internships in marketing or luxury retail are advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
