Byredo Clienteling Assistant Intern, Paris. Join a 6-month internship supporting luxury customer activation strategies and CRM operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain key data and provide technical support for the clienteling application platform
- Collaborate with IT teams, retail departments, and external vendors on new features and system deployment
- Develop training materials and resources to support user adoption of clienteling tools
- Support the global customer activation strategy by coordinating activations across markets
- Build and maintain activation calendars in collaboration with global CRM and local teams
- Review local activation plans and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
- Manage campaign coordination from briefing through execution
- Monitor key performance indicators including application adoption, new customer acquisition, and task completion rates
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Contribute to strategic presentations and insights for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent
- Fluent in English (bilingual level)
- Experience in luxury retail or beauty sector (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Business acumen with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Rigorous, proactive, adaptable and intellectually curious mindset
