Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of industry and market trends to evolve and optimize sales strategies, demonstrating expertise in BYREDO's elevated selling approach
- Build rapport with returning clients by recognizing and understanding their needs, ensuring personalized and unified shopping experiences across all product categories
- Exceed key performance indicators through strategic cross-selling by fostering meaningful client relationships and leveraging CRM tools for customized personalization
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling activities including master classes and new launch events
- Create personalized shopping experiences that reflect each client's unique tastes and aspirations, delivering after-sales service with care and attention
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of BYREDO's full product offerings, actively engaging in product presentations and training sessions
- Support continuous store operations by managing inventory with accuracy, stock replenishment, and proactive theft prevention measures
- Curate and maintain visually compelling product displays that align with Byredo's visual merchandising guidelines, reflecting the brand's DNA
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to lift boxes as needed for inventory replenishment
- Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours

Experience
2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
