Byredo seeks a part-time Client Advisor in Los Angeles to deliver luxury beauty retail experience with strong clienteling and sales expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experience by demonstrating expertise in Byredo's elevated selling approach and maintaining industry and market trend knowledge
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized outreach, clienteling activities, master classes, and new launch events
- Showcase Byredo's comprehensive product portfolio across fragrance, makeup, home, and skincare categories, offering curated recommendations
- Leverage CRM tools to manage client information and drive loyalty through customized personalization
- Exceed KPIs through strategic cross-selling by fostering meaningful client relationships and recognizing returning clients' needs
- Curate and maintain visually compelling product displays aligned with Byredo's visual merchandising guidelines
- Support store operations by managing inventory accurately, conducting stock replenishment, and implementing theft prevention measures
- Actively engage in product training sessions and stay informed of new launches and emerging industry innovations
- Collaborate with the team during store meetings to contribute innovative ideas and actionable retail strategies
- Provide after-sales service with care and attention to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales

- Availability to work weekends and holidays on an as-needed basis
- Ability to lift boxes as needed for inventory replenishment
