Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise in BYREDO's complete product portfolio across fragrance, makeup, home, and skincare categories, staying informed of industry trends and market developments
- Provide exceptional client service by recognizing returning clients, understanding their individual needs, and delivering personalized shopping experiences
- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach, master classes, new launch events, and after-sales care
- Exceed sales KPIs through strategic cross-selling and leveraging BYREDO's CRM tools to manage client information and drive loyalty
- Contribute to store meetings with innovative ideas and actionable retail strategies that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Manage inventory with precision, oversee stock replenishment, and implement proactive loss prevention measures
- Curate and maintain visually compelling product displays aligned with BYREDO's visual merchandising guidelines and brand DNA
- Actively engage in product presentations and training sessions to stay current with new launches and emerging beauty trends
Qualifications
