Byredo is hiring a Client Advisor at NK Gothenburg (Gothenburg, Sweden). Permanent full‑time role delivering luxury fragrance and beauty client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations across fragrances and beauty assortments to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate storytelling and technical benefits of fragrances and beauty products.
- Manage clienteling activities: build and update client records, follow up on enquiries, and execute targeted invitations and aftercare.
- Ensure boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation, stock replenishment and cleanliness are upheld at all times.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions accurately, and support stock intake, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support store events, product launches and promotional initiatives, collaborating with store leadership and brand teams.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium retail environments preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first, service-oriented approach.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to meet sales targets and manage follow-up activities.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining boutique presentation and operational standards.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of frontline retail experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-level client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in beauty, cosmetology or retail sales are advantageous but not mandatory.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Gothenburg, Västra Götaland County, Sweden.
