Byredo is hiring a Client Advisor in Frankfurt (Galeria) — permanent luxury retail role for a beauty and fragrance sales professional.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service at the Galeria Byredo boutique to drive sales and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across Byredo fragrances, candles and beauty, advising clients on scent profiles, layering and gifting.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling, in-store consultations and follow-up.
- Maintain window and interior visual merchandising and ensure all displays meet brand standards and promotional directives.
- Operate the point-of-sale, manage stock levels, perform daily reconciliation and handle sample and gift-pack allocations.
- Support store operations including receiving shipments, stock replenishment, housekeeping and compliance with loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, launches and trainings; collaborate with regional teams and report client feedback to the boutique manager.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mentality and demonstrated ability to build repeat clientele.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and familiarity with clienteling best practices.
- Polished presentation, professional demeanour and capacity to represent a premium lifestyle brand.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing retail experience, ideally within luxury beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics. Demonstrable sales performance and experience in personalised client consultations are expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetics, retail sales or hospitality preferred.
