Byredo Business Development Intern (6 months) in Paris. Support EMEA and US sales strategy, analytics, and retail execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze sell-out data to establish performance reporting dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards to monitor enterprise KPIs and market performance metrics
- Consolidate and update distribution mapping for assigned regions, including retail openings and closures
- Prepare ad hoc sales analyses and reports for senior management
- Assist in compiling and tracking 360-degree plans by region
- Collect and disseminate best practices and competitive intelligence across markets
- Conduct market surveillance to inform local activation strategies
- Support preparation of retailer meetings and market visits
- Monitor execution of retail initiatives at key points of sale
- Coordinate and support internal and external meetings, reviews, and seminars
- Assist with logistics and preparation of brand reviews and quarterly updates
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated comfort working with data, KPIs, and Excel-based dashboards
Skills
Experience
Prior internship experience in luxury, beauty, or premium fashion sectors—particularly in sales or marketing functions—is advantageous but not required. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education
Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline with strong quantitative coursework.
