Puig seeks Brand Technology Partner for Byredo in Paris. Lead digital, data, and AI project coordination and stakeholder management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project tracking across e-commerce, CRM, retail, data, and artificial intelligence initiatives
- Coordinate project execution across multiple technology teams and manage interdependencies
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; maintain consolidated portfolio status visibility
- Support production planning and rollout execution whilst providing structured reporting and activity transparency
- Apply portfolio governance standards and monitor project performance, risks, and scope evolution
- Serve as the single point of contact for technology matters, ensuring business and technology alignment
- Facilitate stakeholder decision-making through relevant and structured reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years' experience in project or programme management
- Demonstrated expertise in digital or technology-driven environments
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Sound understanding of e-commerce, CRM, and retail platforms
- Experience or exposure to data and AI environments
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management methodologies
- Degree in engineering, business/management, or technology disciplines
- Project management certification (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 years' experience in project or programme management, preferably in digital or technology-intensive environments. Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple technical teams in matrix organizations.
Education
Degree in engineering, business/management, or technology disciplines. Project management certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is advantageous.
