Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales and achieve targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the Byredo counter.
  • Collaborate with the store team to enhance the customer experience and brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of the fragrance and beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
