Byredo seeks a Beauty Advisor for NK Stockholm, Oct–Dec 2025. Part-time temporary retail role emphasizing luxury client experience and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients with personalized, engaging experiences that reflect Byredo's luxury positioning
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across fragrance, beauty, and craft categories to serve as a trusted expert advisor
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through storytelling and brand immersion to enhance loyalty
- Execute proactive cross-selling strategies to introduce clients to the full Byredo product universe
- Stay informed of emerging trends and seasonal collections to confidently guide customer discovery
- Create unique, inspiring in-store experiences that authentically immerse clients in the Byredo brand philosophy
- Achieve daily and seasonal sales targets while maintaining service excellence and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish and English (additional languages are an asset)
- Proven experience in luxury retail or beauty consultation
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships through service excellence and storytelling
- Strong cross-selling and product recommendation skills in a consultative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience within makeup or beauty is highly valued

Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, beauty consultation, or client-facing advisory roles within the fragrance or cosmetics sector is preferred. Demonstrated success in cultivating client loyalty and driving sales through personalized consultation and product expertise is valued.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent is expected; formal qualifications in retail, beauty, or customer service are advantageous but not strictly required.
