Byredo is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its Manchester Trafford counter to achieve sales targets, deliver distinctive customer experiences and build brand awareness and loyalty. This is a permanent, part-time role, 4 days per week (30 hours), Monday to Sunday inclusive.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while promoting Byredo products and delivering a distinctive customer experience.
- Anticipate customers’ needs and exceed their expectations.
- Build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Maintain the standards and expectations of the host retailer.
Qualifications
- Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally in fragrance, beauty or luxury.
- Enthusiasm and ambition in pursuing personal goals.
- Genuine enjoyment of engaging with people, building relationships and sharing.
- Interest in industry and market trends.
- Passion for Byredo products and the brand.
