Byredo seeks a Beauty Advisor in Madrid, reporting to the assigned Store Manager. The role represents Byredo to customers, delivers exceptional service, supports sales targets and customer loyalty, and contributes to product knowledge, visual presentation, events and stock management. This is a permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets and tracking key performance indicators.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
- Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of assigned products.
- Communicate the brands’ stories and values effectively, staying informed about the industry and competitors.
- Build customer loyalty by collecting relevant information and developing lasting relationships.
- Participate actively in meetings and contribute to the implementation of strategic action plans.
- Coordinate special events, including launches, promotions and in-store activities.
- Maintain excellent visual presentation at the point of sale, ensuring displays meet corporate standards and support sales.
- Help manage stock efficiently to optimise commercial results.
- Collaborate proactively with the team, maintaining a results-oriented approach and alignment with corporate values.
- Attend training programmes and meetings to support ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Passion for, or solid experience in, selling fragrances, makeup and luxury or niche brands.
- Customer-oriented, with the ability to build lasting, trusting relationships.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Enjoys teamwork and is open-minded, ambitious, dynamic and proactive.
- Flexible in adapting to varied schedules and tasks.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
