Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to clients.
- Demonstrate and sell products from brands such as Byredo, Carolina Herrera, and Penhaligon's.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product lines and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Ensure the visual merchandising of the store aligns with brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a beauty advisor or similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a beauty advisor or similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in beauty or cosmetics are advantageous.
