Puig seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor (80%) in Bern for Byredo & Penhaligon's. Deliver luxury client service and drive sales in a premium retail setting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality client service and product consultations for fragrance and beauty customers representing Byredo and Penhaligon's.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and conversion of walk-in traffic.
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising, store presentation and product replenishment to ensure a luxury retail environment.
- Manage transactions and daily cash handling processes accurately using the store POS system and follow loss-prevention procedures.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools and aftercare communication to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, pricing, inventory counts and timely replenishment of displays.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance or luxury goods; internships or seasonal roles are acceptable for entry-level candidates.
- Strong client-facing skills with a sales-driven mindset and demonstrable ability to meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confidence in delivering product demonstrations and personalised consultations.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (80%), including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Secondary education required; vocational training in cosmetics, retail or customer service is advantageous.

Experience
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in beauty or luxury retail; candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and product passion will be considered.
Education
Secondary school diploma; vocational training or certifications in cosmetics, beauty therapy or retail sales are a plus.
