Byredo seeks a Beauty Advisor for its KaDeWe counter in Berlin on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis, with part-time hours of at least 24 per week across three days. The role combines tailored fragrance and beauty advice, sales target delivery, client development and brand presentation, alongside team-led promotions and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the Byredo counter in KaDeWe and advise them on fragrance and beauty products, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- Share responsibility with the on-site team for achieving sales targets and increasing counter revenue.
- Build a loyal customer base and actively attract new customers.
- Present products in line with brand image and guidelines.
- Plan and organise sales promotions and events with the team to enhance the counter’s appeal and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Substantial sales experience with exclusive brands, particularly in fragrance, and a personal passion for niche brands.
- Communicative, personable team player with a strong service mindset and customer orientation.
- Enthusiastic sales professional with good manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- Confident using MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and weekend shifts.
- Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
