Role & Responsibilities
- Support store management in achieving sales and quality targets while monitoring key performance indicators
- Provide high-touch customer consultation, strengthen client loyalty, and expand the CRM database with a customer-centric approach
- Ensure an exceptional brand experience and serve as a Byredo brand ambassador both in-store and within the local community
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines in coordination with the store team to maintain flagship standards
- Oversee merchandise management, inventory maintenance, stock takes, and cash register operations
- Monitor market and customer trends, sharing insights with store management and relevant internal teams
- Lead and coordinate the sales team in the store manager's absence, fostering open collaboration and conflict resolution
- Participate in scheduling, holiday management, freelancer planning, and recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Coordinate with retail and marketing teams to plan and execute local flagship store events and activations
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within luxury fragrances, beauty, or fashion retail environments
- Demonstrated first-hand experience in team leadership or team coordination
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a refined understanding of luxury clienteling
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and digital literacy skills
- Knowledge of local market competitive landscape and established community networks
- Understanding of visual merchandising and retail operations standards

Relevant sales experience within leading fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail brands, ideally in a store environment. First-hand experience in team leadership or coordination is essential. Familiarity with the Berlin luxury retail market and established local networks preferred.
