Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the flagship store.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Assist in staff training and development to enhance team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Oversee visual merchandising to align with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or beauty sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
