Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule showroom appointments to facilitate a smooth market season.
  • Provide comprehensive back-office support during market activities, ensuring seamless administrative processes.
  • Accurately input and process showroom orders.
  • Assist in reviewing seasonal order confirmations and validating purchase order numbers.
  • Manage in-season orders, swaps, and returns to support business continuity.
  • Undertake additional tasks to help the team achieve commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English.

Skills

Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with SAP is advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic team player. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Flexibility and adaptability to support evolving business needs.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the luxury fashion or retail industry is preferred.
