Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive account growth and profitability for assigned wholesale categories by executing curated assortments and exceeding booking targets.
  • Conduct weekly sell‑through analysis by account, style and door; develop and implement immediate action plans to optimise inventory and sales performance.
  • Manage open‑to‑buy (OTB), financial forecasting and monthly shipping targets; identify in‑season opportunities to capture incremental sales.
  • Build bespoke door‑level assortments in market in partnership with buyers and planners to reflect regional demand and brand productivity standards.
  • Lead account activations and coordinate cross‑functional marketing, clienteling and merchandising initiatives to sustain brand momentum.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and regular reports on market trends, competitor pricing and white‑space opportunities; audit e‑commerce partner representation.
  • Oversee sample management and all market / in‑season orders and financial adjustments; partner with customer operations to ensure shipping and operational targets are met.
  • Execute domestic and international travel to deliver product training, manage markets and host customer‑facing events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years wholesale experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Proven expertise in account management, assortment planning and retail math.
  • Exceptional presentation, selling and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to balance long‑term strategy with immediate operational demands.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically as required.
