Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of wholesale and key retail accounts, acting as primary client contact and commercial owner of the relationship.
- Develop and execute account plans to grow sell‑in, optimise distribution and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sell‑in proposals, line‑plans and merchandise allocations in collaboration with buying and merchandising teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, sales reporting and KPI tracking; deliver timely commercial analysis and recommendations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules and promotional activity with retail partners, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
- Update and maintain CRM records, client files and contract documentation; ensure data integrity for forecasting and reporting.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activity with marketing, logistics and visual merchandising to support launches, replenishments and trade events.
- Represent the brand at client meetings, showrooms, trade shows and occasional client events as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience in account management, wholesale or B2B sales within luxury, premium fashion or accessories.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing account revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, margin management and inventory allocation.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of a six‑month fixed‑term contract.
- High degree of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
