Burberry Warehouse Coordinator in Florence, Italy – manage finished goods operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with external warehouse provider handling finished goods and maintain performance reporting and KPIs
- Verify monthly provider invoicing and enforce SLA penalties per contract terms
- Plan and manage inbound flows of finished goods from production with alignment to Transport Coordinator for yard management
- Monitor and manage finished goods consignment stock (conto visione) including monthly stock analysis and item recalls
- Drive cycle counts and annual inventories to validate stock accuracy
- Oversee after-sale returns from the Burberry HUB and retail returns
- Manage purchase orders for warehouse operation materials
- Handle shipment anomalies and resolve Non-Conformity Reports from Burberry Limited
- Coordinate with Sourcing Office to verify urgencies and shipping priorities
- Support discrepancies resolution for BM and vendor invoices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, preferably Stealth 3000 and Logimoda
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational workload under pressure
- Capacity to maintain a global view of logistics flows and operational impacts
Skills
Experience
3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations, with demonstrated proficiency in warehouse management systems and operational coordination.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations preferred.
