Burberry is hiring a Visual Merchandising Manager in London. Lead regional VM strategy and partner with Merchandising and Architecture.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide clear visual merchandising direction and guidance to regional VM teams and global retail stakeholders, ensuring consistency with global VM standards.
  • Collaborate with Central Merchandising and Styling to align visual strategies with assortment plans and commercial objectives.
  • Interpret and implement Design’s creative vision into compelling, on-brand store displays and windows while balancing commercial considerations.
  • Partner with Architecture and Activations to inform fixture, prop and activation development and support in-store rollouts.
  • Deliver regular feedback, training and store visits to regional VM teams to elevate standards and share best practice.
  • Support visualisation and presentation of renders for windows, pop-ups and temporary activations.
  • Work closely with other Central Visual Merchandisers to ensure a consistent, high-quality global output.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in visual merchandising, with demonstrated experience in guideline development or supporting global VM standards.
  • Proven ability to work independently and creatively under tight timeframes in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong analytical attention to detail with a clear understanding of merchandising principles and business requirements.
  • Experience in brands with large assortments and complex product architectures is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and a collaborative approach to team working.

Experience
