Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain Burberry Visual Merchandising guidelines in collaboration with the store team and Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Assist in planning and implementing bi-monthly window displays and in-store installations according to corporate standards.
- Support store leadership in presenting the store in an elevated and luxury manner, focusing on client experience.
- Provide ongoing display maintenance and staff training.
- Ensure minimal disruption on the shop floor during trading hours by coordinating with merchant and store BOH teams.
- Manage VM tools and back-of-house organization.
- Support photographic requests for Regional and Central VM teams.
- Maintain visual standards and consistency with VM guidelines throughout the day.
- Propose creative visual ideas and suggestions to elevate standards.
- Liaise with the Regional VM team to tailor visual decisions for local clients within the global vision.

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
