Role & Responsibilities
- Translate customs and trade compliance requirements into clear, actionable system and reporting solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders, data teams and technology specialists to design and deliver effective outcomes
- Lead process analysis and improvement activities, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and ways of working
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and create documentation that supports successful project delivery
- Coordinate user acceptance testing activities, supporting prioritisation and resolution of defects to ensure high-quality solutions
- Deliver training, knowledge transfer and post-implementation support to enable successful adoption of new systems and processes
Qualifications
- Experience delivering technology solutions within customs, trade compliance or related regulatory environments
- Knowledge of SAP platforms, including AFS or S/4HANA, and familiarity with global trade compliance solutions such as MIC or similar systems
- Proven experience supporting the design, build and implementation of technology transformation programmes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Effective communicator who can build trusted relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
