Burberry seeks a Temporary Wholesale Administrator in New York, NY for an 8-week assignment at $25–$27/hr to support wholesale operations and events.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide temporary administrative support to the Wholesale team across pre-event, event and post-event activities for an eight-week assignment.
- Create buy books and on-order reports by account to support trainings and commercial reviews.
- Coordinate wholesale events logistics, including organising and tracking sample movements.
- Manage internal Burberry forms and administrative processes (RTVs, DSA payouts, clothing allowances, etc.).
- Pull, compile and analyse weekly selling data and inventory opportunities to inform commercial decisions.
- Support preparation of competitive and commercial decks, including data input and presentation support.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Wholesale, Franchise & Licensing department.
Qualifications
- Proven organisational skills with excellent time management, prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across functions and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and administrative processes.
- Available to work on-site in the New York City corporate office four days per week for the duration of the temporary assignment.
Skills
Experience
Previous administrative experience supporting wholesale, retail or commercial teams is preferred. Experience with sales data reporting, inventory analysis and event/sample logistics is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
