Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve commercial objectives
- Drive individual and team performance across all product categories through effective goal setting, feedback and performance management
- Deliver the Burberry Experience consistently, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of the brand
