Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance sales performance and consistently achieve goals in partnership with store management.
  • Analyze store performance and KPIs to report business trends and competitor performance.
  • Lead and support activities to achieve store objectives.
  • Build familiarity with the local market, including customers, competitors, and events.
  • Lead a high-performing, customer-facing team, setting performance targets and driving productivity.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge across all categories.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, driving department sales and profitability.
  • Commercial awareness with exposure to sales-related KPIs.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury service expectations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Genuine interest in fashion and styling with excellent product knowledge. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems. Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems, comfortable with digital tools.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within luxury retail, demonstrating the ability to drive sales and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
