Burberry is hiring a Team Manager for its Regent Street global flagship in London, following a major investment and transformation. The role leads Client Advisors, develops client relationships and drives category performance, commercial results and operational excellence in partnership with the store leadership team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire Client Advisors to deliver exceptional luxury experiences that reflect Burberry.
- Drive category performance and commercial results through active shop-floor leadership, coaching and clear performance direction.
- Build a culture of clientelling excellence, empowering the team to develop lasting relationships and grow a loyal client base.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client journey, ensuring interactions are personalised, memorable and aligned with the elevated flagship experience.
- Partner with the wider leadership team to execute business priorities and deliver outstanding operational and commercial outcomes.
- Champion Burberry Behaviours and support team growth, development and engagement through ongoing coaching and feedback.

- Proven experience leading teams in luxury fashion, luxury retail or a premium client-focused environment.
- Strong clientelling expertise, with a track record of building high-value relationships and driving repeat business.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to translate client experience into strong sales performance and business growth.
- Confidence and inspiration as a people leader, with the ability to develop talent through coaching, collaboration and accountability.
- Passion for luxury service and a strong understanding of the standards expected in a global flagship environment.
